Hi Crafters, hope you are feeling great today!
Let me tell you a little bit about us. Telfords Direct is a family business established in 1989, so we have been going almost 20 years. Not many craft companies can admit to that! We specialise in pre-creased card blanks and unusual card making accessories and we are delighted to announce that we were the proud winners of the Specialist Crafts Services Award of Merit 2006. If you have time - have a look at my blog, each week or so I will be bringing you a card idea that you can try at home. If you are feeling creative why not send me your card and I will publish it on the blog for everyone to see.
LIMITED EDITION PURPLE CARD STAND - we have brought out a special purple card stand to mark our 20 years in business. These stands are the medium ones and are a lovely shade of pale purple, priced at £7.95 each.

We are in the process of bringing you a project gallery - I thought that this was going to be easy but the way my web site works means that each project has to be made a product - so you will see the project costs £0. If you ignore that little annoyance, every project will give you step by step instructions - all the major parts you can get from us and the rest you will probably have in your craft box. Let me know what you think.
We are continually evolving to bring you new and interesting ideas and hope you find what you are looking for - it is always worth having a look at our new product section which is constantly being updated and if you have registered and bought from us within the last 2 years you will also get an online newletter which will hightlight speical offers and new products.
Decoupage has never been my thing but when Jolly Nation brought out their range I was hooked! So much so that we now carry a wide range of the Jolly Nation Paper Sets - which are just fantastic. To make it easier for you, we decided to make them up as packs so you will get 1 or 2 sheets of backing papers, 1 sheet of decoupage paper and 1 card bland and envelope - you will have everything to make 1 card - how brilliant is that and all for under £2 - where else could you buy a card for that amount? We have also given them names so apologies to anyone who thinks they are named after them!!
It has been really cold up here the past week - with Halloween now behind us we can get down to the serious part of the Christmas crafting. Christmas is always my favourite time of year I love all the sparkle and the glitter - you would have thought that Christmas had come early in the Telfords Classroom last week - we were having a masterclass on embossing - some of the ladies went away great contenders for the Christmas fairy prize! Have a look in the new products section as well as the Christmas Shop where you will find some truely inspirational goodies! Hopefully you will get some inspiration for our Winter Competition - we want you to come up with a winter themed card - it could be anything - let your imagination run away with you! You need to send us your card by Friday December 5th and the lucky winners will receive £10 worth of Size 2 card blanks and envelopes.
We are always making way for new stock coming in so take a look at the SALE section - once they are gone that's it - so act fast to avoid disappointment, offers only valid whilst stock lasts!
We are one of the few craft companies who still produce a catalogue, however, please think carefully before requesting one.
